INTRODUCTION

BENGBU RUIFENG CLOTHES MAKING CO., LTD is DEEKON GROUP CO, LTD branch company, which has 28 years’ experience of manufacturing apparels, like Military & Police Uniform, Outdoor Clothes, and Headwear, being recognized among the China industry leading manufacturers and suppliers. Our clients are from more than 60 countries all over the world, like from Europe (Albania, Italy, Poland, Serbia, Spain ...etc.), Mid & South America (Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Chile...etc.), Mid-East (Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE …etc.), and Africa (Burundi, Kenya, Malawi, Morocco Nigeria, South Africa, Swaziland, Togo …etc.) We have 550 Machines, 600 Workers. Every year we can produce 2,000,000 sets clothes. The big production capacity makes sure we always deliver the goods on time. QUALITY CONTROL

Before the Order

After we checked and discussed the Original Sample or Specification from our clients, we will start producing and providing the Sample to let our clients confirmed.

Once our clients confirmed the Sample we produced and provided, we will make paperwork for Sample Specification to make sure there is no misunderstanding between clients and us.

After the Order

Raw Material Inspection:

We will send our Quality Controller to check the raw material (like Fabric, Zipper, Velcro…etc.) production before producing apparel.

After raw material arrived our factory, we will double check again to make sure raw material doesn’t have quality issues.

Sample before Bulk Production:

Before producing the bulk order, we will provide new sample again, to let our clients check the bulk production Quality.

Inspection during production:

Our Quality Assurance will check production randomly, if there is any quality problems, we will improve immediately to make sure the finished goods won’t have any quality issues.

Final Inspection before delivery:

After finishing bulk production, we will have Final Inspection on apparels quality before packing and after packing to make sure our clients can receive the goods what they want.

We also invite sincerely our client to come to inspect the quality during the production.
